HPCSA Annual Fees and Renewals 2026/27
/Important Reminder: Complete your HPCSA Annual Renewal 2026/27
Your HPCSA Renewal Is Due
Your HPCSA registration is what keeps you legally authorised to practise - and it needs to be renewed every year. The 2026/27 annual fees are due by 01 April 2026, so make sure yours is taken care of before the deadline.
The fees collected go towards the regulation of healthcare professionals in South Africa - from managing registrations and accreditation, to supporting continuing professional development across all 12 Professional Boards. Under the Health Professions Act No. 56 of 1974, maintaining an active registration is a legal requirement for practice.
